Fashion Wire Daily - It’s a good thing that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have an army of nannies to help care for their six children, for Hollywood’s most beautiful couple got home very late on Monday night. Sure, it was a school night for some of their older kids, but Mom and Dad were decked out in black tie and celebrating the premiere of Brad’s new film, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” first in the heart of Westwood on the red carpet at the Mann Village Theater, and for hours later on in Century City, partying in a massive tent set up in the outdoor spaces of the offices of the CAA talent agency.

Brad and his incredibly beautiful collection of “Benjamin Button” co-stars on hand, including Cate Blanchett, Julia Ormond, Tilda Swinton, and a radiant Taraji P. Henson had a lot to be happy about, starting with the honor of having Steven Spielberg introduce the screening of director David Fincher’s vision of a man who is born old and ages backward as his life progresses, for the event supported the Film Foundation, one of Spielberg’s favorite causes.

“This gathering supports an organization that means a great deal to all of us,” he said. “Film preservation is not only about the past, but the present and future as well.”

There were plenty of well-preserved thespians in the burgeoning crowd that mobbed Brad and company with congratulations at the after party, veteran actresses from every Hollywood era including Ann Jeffries, Jacqueline Bisset, Stella Stevens, Doris Roberts, Mimi Rogers, Alfre Woodard, Lisa Rinna, and Sharon Stone; and the place was filled with those in the heart of their Hollywood moment, too, as the party raged long after midnight.

Jennifer Lopez paced Angelina Jolie in post-partum beauty; it was hard to believe that both women had twins earlier this year! Eva Longoria Parker, belied tales of possible pregnancy and weight gain in a stunning, fine figure-hugging cobalt blue satin sheath created by Karen Miller, and Maria Menounos, Emma Roberts, and Sanaa Lathan added more gorgeous glam to the glittery get-together.

And if there wasn’t enough to celebrate, Tuesday morning brought the BFCA Critics’ Choice nominations, the first major critics’ group to go on record with their favorite picks of the year, and “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” led the pack, scoring eight nominations. Seems Brad and company will need those nannies on the job for many more party nights as awards season progresses. The film opens on Christmas Day.
